Pizza by picture

Once I had decided on chicken for the boys dinner they declared they wanted pizza. Knowing they probably wouldn’t eat the chicken if I made it I went ahead and made them pizza. Charlie had a Boboli crust and Gage had a Chebe crust. http://www.chebe.com/Home.aspx I had both on hand in the freezer ready to go.

I topped each with sauce, black olives and mushrooms.

Added lots of cheese!

Then baked. Super easy. Once cooled a bit I cut them into triangles and served with a chebe bread stick. The boys don’t notice that their pizza looks a little different. If they do they never ask why.

Chicken Pizza

Breads and doughs are a huge obstacle for me right now. So while trying to figure out lunch one day I came up with CHICKEN PIZZA!  Most all kids love pizza and chicken so let’s combine them.

I put chicken tenderloin in a baking dish with a little water. Baked them for 25 minutes then pulled them out. I added a few spoons of pizza sauce and a little mozzarella. I use block cheese because regular shredded has potato starch in it. Put it back in the oven for 5 minutes then add a little more mozzarella when I take it out. The boys loved it!
